Investigators say the driver involved in a rollover accident last weekend in the village of Penn Yan was caused by a person on their phone.
According to Finger Lakes News Radio, 39-year-old Paul Sullivan, of Penn Yan turned right onto Water Street, from Liberty Street, when he struck a parked car.
Sullivan admitted to officers he was on his phone at the time of the accident.
No injuries were reported. However, Sullivan was ticketed for using a mobile phone while driving.
