A Level Three Sex Offender living in Penn Yan village, Roger Keech, has been arrested following allegations of forcible sexual contact with a relative.
The 43-year-old was taken into custody without incident and is facing felony charges of predatory sexual assault, criminal sexual act, and incest.
This is not Keech’s first offense; he was previously convicted in 1997 for sexually abusing two boys, aged 11 and 8, leading to a sentence of one year in county jail.
The new charges add to his existing criminal record and have resulted in his immediate incarceration.
