Deputies arrested a Webster man following an accident investigation in the town of Walworth.
On Monday deputies arrested Benjamin Walls, 28, for aggravated DWI, DWI, possession of an open container, and other charges.
It’s alleged that during an accident on March 25 in the town of Walworth, Walls lost control of his vehicle and crashed into an embankment. The vehicle rolled several times during the crash.
Blood samples determined that his blood alcohol content was three-times the legal limit, coming in at 0.24%. He was released to answer the charges at a later date.
The sheriff’s office thanked New York State Police, Western Wayne Ambulance, and West Walworth Fire Department for their assistance in the investigation.
