Deputies arrested a Lyons man following an investigation into a disturbance that happened in April.
According to a news release, Brandon Impson, 31, was charged with obstruction, resisting arrest, DWI, DWAI drugs and alcohol, and possession of an open container.
The charges stem form an investigation into a disturbance where Impson was intoxicated and causing a disturbance on April 4.
When deputies arrived and determined that Impson was intoxicated he physically resisted. He was found to have a BAC of 0.05% along with cocaine in his blood.
Impson was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
