Marion man had BAC nearly twice legal limit during overnight crash

  • Staff Report

Deputies arrested a Marion man following a one-car crash in Arcadia around 10:30 p.m. on Friday.

Quintin Camas Jacinto, 30, was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC over 0.08%, open container, and failure to stop.

The charges stem from Jacinto failing to stop at a stop sign on Bloom Road, colliding with the guard rail on Old Lyons Road.

Upon investigation it was determined that he was intoxicated. Deputies say the 30-year-old had a BAC nearly twice the legal limit.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
