Police arrested a local man following an assault investigation at a Canandaigua business that began in June.
Isreal Rivera, 39, was arrested for second-degree assault, a felony, after becoming beligerent at a local business, and striking an employee in the face.
The employee suffered a broken jaw in the incident, police said.
He was taken to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment on the charge.
