The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Clyde man after two motorcycle accidents and an investigation that spanned two communities in Wayne County.
During the early-morning hours on Tuesday, deputies arrested Eric Frisbie, 38, after receiving a report of a man leaving Sodus Point who crashed his motorcycle.
The man also attempted to leave the scene of the accident, deputies said. The witness came across the motorcycle again, which was observed laying down in a residential yard on Shaker Tract Road in Huron.
Deputies say the Frisbie left the motorcycle in the yard and attempted to flee on foot. He was asked to participate in field sobriety tests, which he failed. He was charged with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, unlicensed operation, and leaving the scene of a crash.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
