Police arrested a Seneca Falls man following an investigation into a disorderly person.
Jeffrey Stone was arrested after operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Additional details were not released. However, police said Stone was arrested for DWI and operating with a BAC over 0.08%.
The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
