State police arrested a Little Falls town justice after a months long investigation into the sale of drugs.
Mitchell Soules Jr., 34, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell; and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
All three charges are felonies, according to state police.
The arrest was the result of a three-month investigation involving the state police Violent Gang & Narcotics Enforcement Team.
He was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
