Williamson man faces felony charge after striking, choking woman during domestic

Deputies say a Williamson man was arrested on multiple charges after an incident over the weekend.

On June 24 around 10 p.m. deputies arrested Daniel Miller, 41, for criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment, and aggravated family offense. The last charge is a felony due to “Miller’s criminal history,” deputies said in a press release.

He’s accused of punching the victim multiple times, then choking her.

Miller was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
