Deputies arrested a Savannah resident following an investigation into a suspicious condition in the town of Lyons.
According to a news release, Erin Mariott, 25, was arrested for obstruction and false personation.
The charges stem from an investigation into an incident where it was reported a female was rolling around on the ground along Jackson Street.
Deputies made contact with the woman who was later identified as Mariott.
However, she refused to identify herself and gave a false name in the process.
She did so to avoid being arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.
Mariott was taken to the Wayne County Jail, then turned over to the Newark Police Department for the outstanding warrant.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
