The Hammondsport Fire Department’s highly anticipated annual carnival is set to start on Thursday, July 6. The event, set to last for three days, will be held at the fire department grounds on State Route 54 in Hammondsport. Operating hours for the carnival will be 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Thursday and Friday and 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday.
Each day of the carnival will offer a variety of activities and attractions, including rides, games, and a selection of food and beverages. Eateries at the event will offer clams, sausage sandwiches, and a variety of other treats, with beer available for adult attendees. Friday’s agenda includes a waterball event to kick off the day’s festivities.
