State police arrested a Bath resident on reckless endangerment charges after a dispute on Johnson Road.
According to troopers, they were dispatched to a crash that was connected to an ongoing property dispute on Johnson Road in the town of Bath.
The entire investigation unfolded on June 18.
Chad Gerych, 39, was charged with reckless endangerment, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless driving, and other violations.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
No other details about the incident were released.
