Deputies arrested a Webster teen in Seneca County after a domestic dispute there.
Ernest Sorber III, 19, was arrested for second-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief – both class A misdemeanors – and second-degree harassment, a violation.
The charges arose from an incident in the Town of Ovid, where Sorber was reportedly involved in a domestic dispute with a protected party under an active full stay away Order of Protection.
During the dispute, Sorber is alleged to have damaged the victim’s pickup truck and caused injury by throwing large chunks of wood at the vehicle and the person.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
