Following last year’s raids on multiple Fat Daddy’s sticker shops in the Finger Lakes, Corey Keller has been sentenced to jail time and ordered to pay a hefty fine.
According to the Yates County District Attorney’s Office, Keller was found guilty of Attempted Grand Larceny and Attempted Criminal Possession of a Weapon, earning him a sentence of 100 days in the Yates County Jail.
In addition to his jail time, Keller has been ordered to pay $11,074 to the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance as part of his sentence. The verdict arrives in the aftermath of a 24-count indictment last fall that implicated Keller and six others in relation to the March 2022 raids on Fat Daddy’s sticker shops across Chemung, Schuyler, Yates, and Monroe Counties.
The indictment accused the seven individuals of possessing a combined total of 242 pounds of cannabis across the four locations, tampering with evidence, illegal weapons possession, and submitting false tax documents to the state. Further details regarding the sentencing and implications for the other individuals charged in the indictment have not been disclosed.
