Deputies say a Newark woman was arrested after an investigation into a crash in the town of Lyons.
Angela Rinker, 32, was arrested for felony DWI, driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law due to having two children in her vehicle, vehicular assault, reckless endangerment, and other charges.
The charges stem from a personal injury crash that happened on Route 14 in the town of Lyons.
Injuries were not detailed in an announcement from the sheriff’s office.
Rinker was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office following the crash where she was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.21%.
She was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
