The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says a Farmington resident was arrested on an array of serious charges after failing to report more than $108,000 in income to agencies while receiving public benefits.
Amber Meadows, 32, was arrested for grand larceny and six counts of offering a false instrument for filing.
Deputies say Meadows received #11,305 in public benefits between December 11, 2020 and February 28, 2023.
They say she failed to report $108,058 in income that was earned while working for Instacart.
She’s also accused of providing false documentation to county agencies throughout that period.
She was arraigned and will answer the charges at a later date.
