State police arrested an Auburn man for felony DWI after a harassment complaint on Clark Street Road.
The incident itself took place on Friday, June 16 in the town of Aurelius.
Troopers responded to a report of harassment from a male subject.
Troopers located Rodney Brackett, 47, of Auburn, who was found to be intoxicated.
He was charged with a felony count of DWI, open container, and other traffic infractions.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
