Traffic stop leads to drug charge for Bath resident

During a routine traffic stop on June 13 troopers from Bath arrested a man for criminal possession of a controlled substance.


The incident occurred on County Route 14 in the town of Bath when officers pulled over a vehicle for traffic violations and subsequently discovered a controlled substance inside.

The passenger, identified as 67-year-old Steven E. Snyder of Bath, was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Following processing Snyder was released with a summons to appear at the Bath Town Court on July 10 at 10:00 a.m.
