Deputies arrested an Ontario man following an investigation.
On Thursday around 7:50 a.m. deputies arrested Mark Ploof, 20.
He’s accused of becoming physical with a female victim.
He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, obstruction of breathing, and harassment.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
