Man gave false information to DSS and received $2,300 in benefits: Now he faces felony charges in Steuben County

Deputies arrested a Bath resident following an investigation initiated by Steuben County Department of Social Services.


According to investigators, Justin Vickery, 42, is accused of providing false information to DSS and receiving benefits that exceeded $2,300.

He was charged with falsifying business records and grand larceny, both felonies.

Vickery is scheduled to appear in village court at a later date.
