State police responded to a report of an erratic driver on State Route 104 in the town of Williamson on June 11.
The driver, identified as 21-year-old Brooklyn A. Rodriguez of Lyons was subsequently arrested.
The charges leveled against her include Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Possession of a Forged Instrument, as a felony, Falsifying Business Records, as a felony, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance degree.
In addition to these charges, Rodriguez was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Not in an Original Container and traffic infractions.
After her arrest, she was transported to the Wayne County Jail for arraignment. Additional details about what led to the arrest and charges were not released.
