Police arrested a Geneva man on felony sex abuse charges after an investigation in the city.
ACcording to a news release, James Ray Curry, 44, was arrested for criminal sex act, a Class B felony, after an investigation in March.
Curry is accused of sexually abusing a child in 2016. The victim, who was under the age of 11 at the time of the abuse, was forced to perform sexual acts by Curry, police said.
He was arraigned on the felony charge and transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
