The Seneca County duo accused of sexually abusing a child will stand trial together this fall.
Angila Burnett and Craig Kaufman, both Seneca County residents, are accused of sexually abusing a child.
The two were arrested in April 2022, following a three-month investigation by the Seneca Falls Police Department into allegations of abuse of a child below 11 years old.
The pair faces felony predatory sexual assault against a child charges.
If found guilty, they could potentially face life imprisonment. The trial is slated to begin on October 30.
