Deputies arrested a Newark woman following a domestic incident in the town of Palmyra.
According to a news release, Margaret McCafferty, 21, was charged with assault after an investigation into an incident in late-May.
She’s accused of pushing a woman during a physical altercation, causing injury to that person.
McCafferty was transported to the Wayne County Jail and will answer the charges at a later date.
