Deputies arrested a Newark man following an investigation in the town of Lyons.
It was described as a ‘suspicious condition’ report, which led deputies to arrest 31-year-old Leporia Logins III.
According to reports, Logins was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He’s accused of walking in the middle of the road, obstructing traffic while approaching a school bus.
When deputies responded and attempted to take Logins into custody- he physically resisted and failed to follow commands of officers.
He was taken into custody after a brief physical altercation.
Logins was transported to the Wayne County Jail for processing and will answer the charges at a later date.
