Deputies report the arrest of an Ontario man following a domestic incident that happened in Wayne County over the weekend.
Robert Nielsen-Swartzenberg, 36, is accused of shoving a woman to the ground and throwing items at her. It’s further alleged that he destroyed a smartphone worth $1,800 during the incident.
When deputies attempted to take Nielsen-Swartzenberg into custody- he resisted, at which point a physical altercation took place.
All told, Nielsen-Swartzenberg was charged with criminal mischief, harassment, endangering the welfare of a child, resisting arrest, and obstruction.
He was taken to the Wayne County Jail pending arraignment.
