Yankees snap two-game skid with win over Dodgers

The New York Yankees (35-25) snapped a two-game skid with a 6-3 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers (35-24) on Saturday night at Dodger Stadium.

The offense was led by Jake Bauers, who crushed a pair of two-run homers. Aaron Judge added a solo shot, his 19th of the season, and made another absurd catch. Oswaldo Cabrera returned from Triple-A and also went deep in his first at-bat.

Gerrit Cole fired six innings of one-run ball but was pulled from the game at 80 pitches due to cramping.

The Yankees will try to win the series on ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball at 7:10 p.m. Domingo Germán will take the ball.
