The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says a 36-year-old Fairport woman was arrested after a crash in Geneva on March 31.
It happened a little before 8 p.m. on Carter Road, when Lauren Natti, 36, failed to negotiate a slight curve in the road.
Her vehicle traveled off the east side of the highway, striking a tree and dirt pile.
The collision caused the vehicle to overturn; and while Natti was the only occupant- the vehicle was destroyed.
Deputies said Natti was able to self-extricate. She was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for head, shoulder, and chest injuries.
She was wearing her seatbelt at the time of the crash. However, she was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to reduce speed.
North Side Fire Company and New York State Police assisted at the scene.
