State police say a Utica man was arrested in Cayuga County for DWI with a child in the vehicle.
Felix Munoz, 28, was arrested for DWI and aggravated DWI.
The charges stem from an accident on Wise Road in Ira.
Munoz was found to be intoxicated. One of the charges was elevated to felony status due to there being a child in the vehicle.
Details of the child’s condition were not released.
