Police arrested a Canandaigua woman following a larceny investigation.
According to a news release, Sierra Medina-Torres, 20, was arrested for petit larceny after a disturbance on Jefferson Avenue.
Medina-Torres is accused of taking a cell phone, which belonged to another person and refusing to return it.
She was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
