Steuben County has crowned a new victor in its celebrated burger competition, the Steuben Burger Trail.
In a surprising turn of events, Maybe Baby Burgers from Bath secured the coveted number one spot, unseating two-year champion, Butcher’s Son from Corning.
This year’s results, announced by Explore Steuben on May 28 to coincide with National Hamburger Day, introduced two new contenders to the race.
The Top 10 Fan Favorites of the Steuben Burger Trail, which highlights premier burger establishments across Corning, Bath, Addison, Hammondsport, Painted Post, and Hornell, are now led by Maybe Baby Burgers, followed by R&M Restaurant in Corning, Paddy’s Pub & Grill in Hornell, and Del’s Bar and Grill in Painted Post, among others.
Previous champ, Butcher’s Son, now sits at the fifth position in the fan-favorite list.
