Police arrested a 38-year-old Rochester man for DWI after a sick or intoxicated driver complaint in Canandaigua.
Police were called to McDonalds on May 27 a little before midnight for a sick or intoxicated driver.
Following an investigation, Morse was found to have been intoxicated and was arrested.
He was taken to the Ontario County Jail to be processed.
