Michael Printup is stepping down from leading Watkins Glen International.
In a recent conversation with WENY-TV he confirmed that he would retire.
His final week at Watkins Glen in a leadership role will be the week of June 22.
“I want to spend more time with my family,” Printup told WENY-TV. “I spent 25 years on the road, and when your best friend is Delta, Marriott, National Car Rental, and you watch your kids get older, that’s probably not a great thing and I have a granddaughter now and we just want to slow down and suck in life.”
