Deputies arrested a Lyons man following an investigation into a one-car crash.
Kenneth Block, 61, of Lyons following a one car crash where it’s alleged that his vehicle went off the road on Lakes Corners Rose Valley Road.
When deputies arrived Block was found on scene.
He was subsequently arrested for DWI and found to have a BAC of 0.18%.
He was cited for DWI and will answer the charges at a later date.
