Deputies arrested a Sodus man following a traffic complaint that originated int he town of Marion.
According to a news release, a vehicle operated by Jonathan Sampson, 36, of Sodus was driving all over the road.
Deputies observed the vehicle on Maple Avenue in Palmyra and initiated a traffic stop.
Sampson’s BAC was found to be 0.15% and had previously been convicted of DWI in 2017.
As result, Sampson was charged with DWI, as well as a felony count of DWI.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
