Aaron Richardson and Christine Derr, both from Dundee have pleaded guilty to charges related to selling drugs.
District Attorney Todd Casella stated that Richardson was arrested in November and subsequently pleaded guilty to a felony charge of criminal sale of a controlled substance, leading to a sentence of six years in prison followed by three years on post-release supervision.
Derr, indicted in December, also pleaded guilty and received a sentence of five years probation alongside participation in the sheriff’s weekend assistance program.
