Deputies arrested an Urbana man following a theft investigation in Steuben County.
According to a news release, Stanley Sellard, 28, stole property that was valued over $1,000.
He was also found in possession of stolen property.
Following an investigation, Sellard was charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. Both counts are felonies.
He was arraigned and remanded to the Steuben County Jail.
