Aaron Richardson, a 32-year-old from Dundee, has been sentenced to six years in prison.
That will be followed by three years of parole, after pleading guilty to a felony charge of criminal sale of a controlled substance in Yates County court.
Co-defendant Christine Derr of Starkey, also pleaded guilty and was handed a sentence of five years probation and time in the sheriff’s weekend assistance program.
