State police arrested a Bath resident following a traffic stop and investigation on East Morris Street.
After investigation, the trooper learned that the operator was in possession of a controlled substance.
Troopers subsequently arrested the operator Richard I. Seager Jr., 49, of Bath for criminal possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation.
Seager was transported to SP Bath for processing, then released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Bath Village Court.
