On Wednesday afternoon, a car crashed into a house in the Town of Erin, causing significant damage to the property and requiring the temporary closure of a section of Breesport Road.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:30 p.m. on May 17, when a car hit a house and subsequently flipped onto its side.
The Erin Volunteer Fire Department quickly arrived at the scene, with a Guthrie Air helicopter spotted at their location.
The main damage to the house appeared to be concentrated on the front porch and some siding.
