The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports a second arrest following an investigation into children left in poor conditions over the weekend.
Andrea Doll, 32, was arrested for three counts of endangering the welfare of a child after deputies were called to help a family friend with picking up Doll’s three children.
The children were ages 9, 10, and 12.
Deputies found the children left unsupervised for an extended period of time, and that the children were left in unsuitable conditions. There was animal feces throughout the home.
Doll was arrested and arraigned on the charges.
