Deputies report the arrest of a Marion man following an investigation into children left unattended.
Adam Muckey, 33, was accused of leaving three children, ages 12, 10, and 9, home alone without supervision.
Deputies said the residence was “highly soiled with animal feces and excrement” and that the children were left there for an extended period of time.
Muckey was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and will answer the charges at a later date.
