Police arrested a Romulus man after an incident at the Walmart store in Seneca Falls.
Nicholas Oneil, 30, is accused of attempting to gather person information from a person in the store.
Police said he followed the person around the store while they made attempts to avoid him.
He was charged with one count of harassment. The charge will be answered at a later date.
