State police arrested a Horseheads man following an investigation.
A traffic stop took place on May 7 along Ridge Road in the town of Horseheads.
Following an investigation, Eric Connell, 50, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
