State police arrested a Hornell man on 16 felony charges after BCI received a complaint of a sexual assault of a child.
An investigation by state police found that Angelo Hurlburt Sr., 48, was having sexual contact with a minor child for more than a year.
He was indicted on 16 counts of second-degree rape, course of sexual conduct against a child, as well as coercion and endangering the welfare of a child.
Just one of the 19 charges he faces isn’t a felony count.
He was transported to the Steuben County Jail.
