Spectrum customers who had issues calling 911 earlier this week can now place calls without them.
While it’s unclear what brought on the issue, or how it was resolved- the county’s emergency management office announced late-Thursday that the problems had been resolved.
The original announcement came on Wednesday, making this issue the longest lasting in recent history.
Call service into 911 has been an issue before for Spectrum. Last time there was an issue though, Emergency Management Director Melissa Taylor told FingerLakes1.com that Spectrum didn’t provide any details to what caused the issue.
Officials confirmed the same thing this time around.
