Deputies report the arrest of a Lyons man following a fraud investigation.
Brett Forgione, 42, of Lyons was charged with petit larceny and misuse of food stamps.
The charges stem from an investigation into a fraud complaint that alleged Forgione allowed several people to use his SNAP benefits card, which resulted in more than $500 of illegal spending.
He was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge at a later date.
