Traffic stop leads to DWI, no license charges

State police arrested a Horseheads man following a traffic stop on Wygant Road.

According to a news release, Thomas Vankeuren Jr., 31, was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs and operating without a license.

No other information about the traffic stop was released.

Police said Vankeuren was transported to their Horseheads HQ for processing.
