Spectrum customers are once again having issues placing 911 calls in Seneca County.
This is the second time in 2023 that such an issue has occurred.
Officials said Spectrum customers may get a busy signal when dialing 911 or the line may continually ring.
If you are a Spectrum customer and cannot connect through 911- you’re being asked to call (315) 539-9241.
Spectrum told county officials they were aware of the problem and working on a solution. This is the same thing the company told officials when the other outage occurred this year.
They were never told with detail what the issue was that caused that outage.
